Sequence Dance
Sequence Dancing is a type of ballroom dancing in which the couples dance around the floor in a fixed sequence of steps, starting and finishing at the same time. This is danced over 16 bars then repeated. A sequence dance may include different dance styles including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, Cha-cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive.
